This is good for a quick spot treatment if you only have one issue going on and are short on time. Not recommended for ongoing maintenance or multiple areas that need to be addressed. 

This is good for ongoing maintenance, especially if you can commit to more than one session a month. Light, medium, or deep pressure; I will utilize whatever techniques you are comfortable with to achieve the goals of that visit. 

This is great for ongoing monthly maintenance, if you haven't had a massage in while, or you have multiple areas you want addressed. This really allows the client and the therapist time to slow down, ground, and release any subconscious guarding. Light, medium, or deep pressure; I will utilize whatever techniques you are comfortable with to achieve the goals of that visit. 

This is a very light pressure massage that manipulates the lymph fluid in your body to speed up & help assist the natural lymph drainage process. MLD may increase immunity, decrease swelling & inflammation, and help with a sense of general well-being and mental alertness. This is highly suggested for persistent swelling, pre & post surgery, and first signs of an illness. This is typically a 60 minute session. 

Craniosacral Therapy is a very subtle and noninvasive technique that helps release restrictions throughout the body but especially within the cranium, spine, sacrum system allowing for better flow of the cerebral spinal fluid. Reiki is a Japanese word for Universal Life Energy. Rei stands for Spiritual Wisdom and Ki is Life Energy. The client remains fully clothed while the energy work is being done. I am Level II of the Usui Holy Fire lineage.
